Why did he sign the massive bloated spending increases friday?
- What choice did Congress leave him?
- How much additional spending did prior congresses authorize that are kicking in now?
- Having a budget doesn't mean he has to spend it all. Depends on the various laws that he is sworn to uphold.
- At least Trump has a budget, did Obama ever have a budget?
