A man in the United States illegally was convicted Friday of killing two Northern California deputies in a case that helped fuel the national immigration debate.

"Yay," he said softly after first verdict read, looking at the victims' families and jurors with slight smile.

"I'm going to kill more cops soon," Bracamontes said as he was led away.

He was convicted of murder, so why don't they sentence him to death, so he cannot murder any more.

According to the article, prosecutors are seeking the death penalty for Bracamontes. So maybe he’ll get it. But this is California. So his execution will be carried out sometimes around never.

For starters, it's because the state is run by American and freedom hating radical socialist control freaks, the mentally ill, and those who treat illegal aliens like 1st class citizens while strafing the citizens with endless new taxes, fees, regulations et al.

That wasn't enough for these people so they made the entire state a sanctuary state attracting millions more illegals. Some of us suspected their motives long ago. Motives of bad intent. Pegged it.

It’s California, when was the last time they actually executed a murderer?

It was Clarence Ray Allen in 2006. He was on death row 23 years and was 76 years old when he was executed

He’s refreshing in his crazy, brutal honesty. I’ll give him that. I’m sure his mother country is glad he’s our problem going forward.

The fact that he will not be executed is an obscene travesty in this country and a major reason violent-prone individuals are not concerned about the consequences of committing murder. I believe such people should be hanged within 10 days of the commission of their crime.

Hey, this could be the next Democratic nominee for President we’re talking about here. He hits all the right notes for the party line.

The worst thing about monsters is that they tempt other people to be monsters too.

Did they give him 364 days in jail, so he can’t be deported?
