Hundreds of high-skilled Indians and Indian Americans rallied in front of the White House on Saturday in support of President Donald Trumps merit-based immigration plan and called for ending the visa lottery system and chain migration while debunking the mainstream medias attempts to label the commander-in-chief a racist.
Most of those present were experts in the STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) field.
The rally was organized by the Republican Hindu Coalition (RHC), a Hindu-American community organization founded by Chicago-based inventor and entrepreneur Shalabh Shalli Kumar in 2015 under the leadership of Speaker Newt Gingrich, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, and many other senior leaders of the Republican Party.
It was quite evident from this rally that Hindus totally debunk the mainstream narrative of Trump being a racist, a press release issued by the RHC read:

Rasis Hindus!!!
Divide and conquer.
Merit based is bad because it blantantly discriminates against the meritless. The meritless also coincidentally vote democrat.
I suppose that in order to be fair that the MSM covered this event?
We can’t have just the highly skilled Indians! We need to balance them out with the uneducated, the stupid, the criminally insane! Like, by a ratio of 100:1! Otherwise we’re rassists!
I work with Indians in the hotel business.
Every one of them hate Trump.
Maybe Indians in Tech are different.
But I would not hold my breath.
I am not a racist, I am willing to keep the highly skilled Indians out too.
My experience with IBM & EDS “experts” from India showed that they could “cook book” a system if you provided them with training, but none could dig in and figure out how a computer system worked on their own.
Sorry, we no need Indians. Plenty of American workers already. Stay home and fix you sh1th013!
Zero Indians as they dont take back deportees. Trump has failed to keep his promise on this point.
“We cant have just the highly skilled Indians!”
Yes, let’s invite the low end Indians here, coming as they do from the premier country for crapping in public. 48% of Indians “$hit in the Woods!” The “rising tide” in India is a public cesspool!
Take a look at this map:

I have worked on multiple occasions with Indians in the tech business (network engineers and SAP types).
Almost 100% pro Trump. (several even had Trump bumper stickers on their cars)
Go figure...
We are constantly lectured about how important it is for the USA to bring in highly skilled immigrants from other countries.
But if we are constantly ‘raiding’ the world for doctors, scientists, tech engineers etc. from other countries how does it help those countries?
We send billions of dollars in foreign aid to these countries in an effort to help them develop better economies, healthcare, education systems, etc.
But at the same time are luring away the very people they need to improve their own countries and raise the national standard of living.
Leave the “Best and Brightest’ in their own countries and it would do more good than all the foreign aid we can send them.
If we can’t educate enough Americans to meet our needs for skilled labor and professionals it is time to fix America’s education system from grade school to graduate school.
We should be educating and churning out more of our own American technicians, engineers, doctors and scientists and fewer Mass Tort Lawyers, Social Justice Warriors, Music Therapists and Political Science majors.
We need more STEM studies and less Feminist Theory, Black Studies, Queer Theory, etc.
Then we won’t have to raid the world to fill good jobs here in America.
Nope, foreigners only like America for her paychecks ...
I totally agree, this is a short watch, but explains exactly what you are saying.
Tech Indians, Drs., engineers, all seem pro Trump and conservative. How many hotel workers of any stripe would be pro Trump?
End chain migration then because these highly educated Indians bring all their low-brow relatives.
I have met a number of these highly skilled folks, and they make outstanding citizens, IMHO.
