Which is the more corrupt, sleazy, and despicable organization, the American Communist Life Union or the Southern Puberty Law Center?

So they are asking for money because they want people to believe that President Trump is expanding FISA. Ludicrous.

It is not even close. The SPLC is far, far, worse as an organization.

Quite a few of ACLU local chapters have done good work, on Second Amendment issues.

SPLC is a hate group.

Heads must be exploding at the ACLU. Finally FISA became a good thing when it was used to surveil their political enemy Donald Trump but at the same time it's a bad thing because the Trump administration could now use FISA against the ACLU.

FISA isn’t the problem... Political hacks embedded within government investigative agencies using it for partisan purposes is the problem. When utilized for the investigation of actual criminality and terrorism it works fine.

That's the dilemma...it's foolish to count upon the honor, restraint and good sense of RATs.

Obama won't be the last Banana Republic wannabe.

Just a guess, but right now the court has something like 11 out of 12 judges who are 0vomit appointees.

If, by “expand”, he means “add more judges”, then that could be a good thing. It would mean that the court would have some new judges appointed by Trump. That would explain why the ACLU was against it. ?

I don’t think someone had the wrong webpage. From this web page:
https://www.aclu.org/blog/national-security/real-truth-about-fisa

They specifically call out the other page at the bottom, but you get 404

I think so, because the link at the bottom goes to:

https://www.aclu.org/fisa

but, if you enter:

https://www.aclu.org/search/fisa

then it brings up all of their FISA articles. They seem to have left out part of the path “search/”
