Pretty much... dumb them down so that the rest don’t upset the socialist balance
And maybe school segregation wasn’t the very very worst thing from one point of view. If you were going to be socialist, you might as well have tiers of it to reduce the pain.
Let’s do away with the socialism and I think a lot of other “inequality” based ills will depart along with it.
