Legal help to understand this please. Comey testified the dossier was unverified in front on Congress but he signed off of the FISA warrant application as we know now through the Nunes memo. He had to know how the dossier was presented to the FISA court right? Under a false pretenses as legitimate counterintelligence sources right? Did he know Steele’s partisan nature? Bruce Ohr was telling the DOJ about Steele and Comey had to know

Did he know Bruce Ohr’s wife worked for Fusion GPS?......................
That alone should land him in Leavenworth.
Did he know McCabe’s wife was running for VA State Senate as a (D) and received $700k from then (D) VA Governor Terry McCauliff aka the Clinton’s Bagman?..............She lost, BTW................
Comey publicly admitted releasing classified information to instigate the appointment of a special counsel, his bud Robert Mueller.

Comey and others concealed information from the court that would have been important, such as Ohr’s relationship to Fusion GPS - all to spy on Americans. In regular court, this is akin to a Brady violation and is cause for disbarment.
Comey knows of all the corruption and participated knowingly or he is the biggest buffoon to ever lead the FBI. Either way he’s a disgrace to the badge.
It's called MONEY LAUNDERING and Hillary is an expert at it. The above synopsis is nothing more than HILLARY PAYING OFF ANDREW MCCABE FOR HIS ROLE IN SPYING ON TRUMP AND CONCEALING HER E-MAIL SERVER CRIMES AND OTHER CRIMES.
How does he get to keep any badge? Comey belongs behind bars.
