Link to the full article at URL. We can't post wired.com material, but the ACLU is fair game. And even these leftists KNOW the FBI *can* be corrupted.

Back in the day the ACLU would watch the FBI very closely...

If I remember my history correctly, it was just this sort of misconduct by the government that led to the formation of the ACLU.

I think you might want to go back and study the actual history of the founder(s) of the ACLU!

The FBI are great at entrapment..I bet a lot of these so called terrorist arrest are entrapment....

These guys may want to be or pretend they want to be fighters for Islam..and the FBI helps them along and then arrests them..

That is how it started with Randy Weaver..they asked him to cut a shot gun down..

I think their days are numbered because after this no American in his right mind is ever going to talk to them again.

Gonna be tough to get juries to convict on their evidence too.

All one need do is look closely at the FBI’s FD-302 abuses and their practice on interviews generally. It’s corrupt and unsupervised. Institutional perjury.

Not to mention killings.

And then the clueless, corrupt FBI interviewed the Orlando gunman, and screened the immigration of the wife of the San Bernadino terrorists.

They are useless. They miss actual terrorists and then make stuff up to convict “terrorist” Richard Jewell.

Fire the whole FBI and start over !

“If I remember my history correctly, it was just this sort of misconduct by the government that led to the formation of the ACLU.”

It was founded by communist scum to help the USSR destroy the US, an effort that continues even today.

It does not speak well of our courage or integrity that they are allowed to exist.

And to think I used to respect these guys.
I still believe that a great many of the agents are good folks, but when you’ve got Clinton/ObamaRot, it’s hard to keep up good work.

Yes I'm kinda tired of hearing about all the good FBI agents protecting the country. I have a hard time believing they aren't doing far more harm and injustice than they are good. One thing we have come to expect and that's as soon as the FBI gets on the case no matter what it is you can bet bottom dollar we will never get the truth about anything. They purposely conceal and bury the truth and for what reasons no one knows but you can bet it's related to deep state agendas.

I don’t see how any thinking person can read that article and not see it is a liberal/commie attack on the FBI and antiterrorism efforts. Of course the FBI, and all law enforcement can function outside the law in certain situations. For instance, there has been a terror attack, they suspect there will be more, and they have a suspect in custody they want to interrogate. Do you really think they have to let the guy lawyer up when there might be other lives at stake?
