Robert Mueller Requests Postponement of General Mike Flynn Sentencing… Posted on January 31, 2018 by sundance

Against a newly discovered likelihood the Robert Mueller investigation began under false pretenses; and against the backdrop that FBI surveillance and wiretaps were obtained through materially (intentionally) false representations to the FISA court; and against the backdrop the original FISA judge ‘was summarily recused’ from the case; and against increasing evidence that Mike Flynn was set up by a terminally animus, and politically-motivated investigative rogue unit, operating within the FBI; …Special Counsel Robert Mueller now asks for postponement of sentencing:

Dang!!!! This is getting good. Flynn walks free—wanna bet? I also bet the entire probe is going to be wrapped up soon without a finding. Mueller will say the entire episode was biased and close it down.

Vacate the finding of guilty. The charge was brought fraudulently, and is void ab initio. The indictment itself was invalid.

Our Special prostitootor needs to shut it down.

Judge Rudolph Contreras handled the case when Flynn entered a plea deal on Dec 1. The case was reassigned to Judge Emmet G. Sullivan on December 7. The courts said it was a “random reassignment,” which is like invoking “state secret” or “classified.” In other words, somebody is dirty, and the institution won’t come clean of it’s own volition.

He and others have either a fool who's been caught with fruit of a poisonous tree ... or he's leading the greatest sting ever - it's still one extreme or the other. Somebody please check out these attorneys listed below Mueller's name - are they new / different than before? are they swamp?

This is EXACTLY why they don’t want the release of the memo. It is going to destroy the FBI, undermine public confidence in all the alphabet orgs.

Funny, people wouldn’t have to worry, but from time to time a Clinton or Obama comes along.

I gat flamed every time I say this, but Mueller has opened the closet doors wide open on the swamp with little damage to the people being investigated. This investigation has really opened it wide open and without it much of the deep-state swamp would still be humming a happy tune.

Such motions are approved rarely, but if the rumors of the contents of certain memos, dossiers, etc. are true, then such a retraction of plea motion might well fly.

If such a motion is approved, it creates a huge problem, since any information already given by Flynn in hope of a lighter sentence becomes tainted, and Gmvt cannot use it in any way, unless they can demonstrate they already knew (not suspected but knew at a level of proof) it, or there is an overwhelming probability they would have discovered it through other means.

For the Gmvt prosecution team, depending on Flynn as a base of their case, this could be like marrying a woman you were sure was a chaste virgin, only to discover she was once a transexual crackhead hooker who entertained 17 Hell’s Angels in one 4 hour stretch!

Not a good day for the SC.

Many opined that this Russia Russia Russia thing would ensnare the pursuers. Clearly, that is exactly what is happening.

This announcement, this is huge. Not only is this over, it’s just beginning...

Yes. Anyone whose lawyer can even remotely cite “political bias” will have his case tainted and reopened.

Contreas was recused - he’s on the FISC and it’s considered that either a Judge on the FISA Court was bamboozled with a bogus warrant or the highest courts in the land are corrupt (or both!). After Flynn’s plea was received by Contreas and Congress then heard testimony that called the warrant into question, Judge Contreas was recused by the Court (with or without possible intervention by SCOTUS Chief Justice John Roberts who oversees the FISC and himself placed 4 previously Clinton / Obama judges on the Court) - without any further explanation.

OK, which adds to my information (can’t even keep up with all this!) but my initial question was which judge at the FISA court recused him/herself, or did I misread that?

My attorney-spouse who’s practiced in DC for @ 50 years absolutely respects Judge Sullivan as an honorable man, and has since he was on the DC Superior Court. He’s now a “Senior” (semi-retired) judge as I recall.

“Mueller will say the entire episode was biased and close it down.”

lol...it’s do or die for the deep-state high treason co-conspirators.
Mueller’s special counsel coup against Trump was to prevent them from going to prison. They’re not going to go willingly or willingly close anything down.

Yep, I'm probably boring people to death by continually stating that it's all over except for the crying.

What are people going to do when Trump is cleared, the counter-offensive begins by prosecuting deep state conspirators, Trump sweeps Congress, and MAGA really picks up steam? I sort of imagine the babushkas who had nothing better to do when the USSR fell.

It's high time some get on with their life and catch a ride on the train. Right now, we're only at the incipient stages of capital repatriation. Pretty soon, it's going to reach flood levels, with deals being done and money to be made.

28 years playing opposition and now confronted with how to acknowledge victory.
