More over, just what law is DACA defined as? How can a judge be so stupid to rule on something that is not a law? What’s next, no umbrellas on Thursdays?

President Trump spoke out against illegal alien criminals, not ALL Latinos.
This worthless “judge” should be in jail.
Judge does not have the authority. Should be removed from the bench.

Why is no one reviewing these activist judges and bringing them up on charges when they blatantly overstep their authority?
The DOJ should immediately demand that the judge be removed from the case, and appeal that ruling to the Supreme Court, which has already rejected the use of campaign remarks to justify a court overruling an executive decision that is valid on its face.
There is a constitution as well that never stops them.
