Santa Monica and some sections of Pasadena are very wealthy and highly desirable. You’re talking serious movie industry wealth. Coastal and south Orange County is also good.

But if you were to start driving into the once pleasant suburbs outside of those areas you’d see something far different. The north Orange County suburbs that once were home to the aerospace industry are decaying neighborhoods with all of the problems that mass illegal immigration brings.

Interested in what you think - HOw come some of the neighborhoods dont ‘gentrify’ per your statement, why cant north orange county cities gentrify

I aak because a lot of Seattle’s Rainer Valley has improved since the late 20’s and early 30’s have started moving in
