ohn Kerry Stabs America In the Back
Powerline ^ | January 24, 2018 | John Hinderaker

Maariv reported that former US secretary of state John Kerry met in London with a close associate of PA President Mahmoud Abbas, Hussein Agha, for a long and open conversation about a variety of topics. Agha apparently reported details of the conversation to senior PA officials in Ramallah. A senior PA official confirmed to Maariv that the meeting took place.

*** During the conversation, according to the report, Kerry asked Agha to convey a message to Abbas and ask him to “hold on and be strong.” Tell him, he told Agha, “that he should stay strong in his spirit and play for time, that he will not break and will not yield to President [Donald] Trump’s demands.”

So if this report is true, Kerry tried to undermine U.S. foreign policy.

According to Kerry, Trump will not remain in office for a long time. It was reported that Kerry said that within a year there was a good chance that Trump would not be in the White House.

If a Republican did this the Democrats would say it was treasonous. I don’t know about that, but it is hard to imagine anything more contemptible. Or delusional.

He asked Abbas, through Agha, not to attack the US or the Trump administration, but to concentrate on personal attacks on Trump himself, whom Kerry says is solely and directly responsible for the situation.

I imagine Kerry is treated with contempt both to his face and certainly behind his back as everyone recognizes a traitor no matter which side you are on.

John Kerry has always been a "patriotic cripple" and weak in character.............

If this happened as reported, and it’s not illegal, then I guess no amount of meddling by civilians in foreign policy is illegal. This was a clear attempt to undermine the foreign policy of the elected US president by a civilian with no authorization to participate in foreign policy.

Apparently, the Logan Act is kind of a dead letter. As are most previous statutes against sedition and treason.

Ted Kennedy did something similar prior to the 84 election. He asked the Russians for help in sabotaging the election.

According to Kerry, Trump will not remain in office for a long time.

Hard to imagine how long his face will be in another 7 years.

Kerry broke two acts/laws with his back stabbing stunt!

The Logan Act (1 Stat. 613, 18 U.S.C. § 953, enacted January 30, 1799) is a United States federal law that criminalizes negotiation by unauthorized persons with foreign governments having a dispute with the United States.

Logan Act - Wikipedia: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Logan_Act

The Hatch Act - American Bar Association https://apps.americanbar.org/buslaw/committees/CL121000pub/newsletter/.../knapp.pd...

The Hatch Act : It's not just for federal employees anymore. By John A. Knapp and Tammera R. Diehm. Winthrop & Weinstine, P.A.. The Hatch Act of 1939. 1. (“Hatch Act”) was originally enacted to prevent federal employees from participating in partisan political activity, thereby curtailing corruption in the political process.

I saw Kerry on a news clip on F&F this morning. He was constantly licking his lips while he was talking. Anyone know what’s up with that?

Kerry has spent his post-college life doing just that!

Why??

The Progressive ideology is responsible for producing the most ignorant-of-the-ideas-of-liberty generations ever reaching adulthood in this freest and most desired nation on earth!

Kerry, the Clintons, and their ilk have brought about much bad policy and great shame to the nation which gave them their very freedom to commit such acts--all out of either a deliberate effort to miss-state and pervert the Constitution's ideas and limits on power, or, out of sheer ignorance of those ideas!

Either way, there is no excuse for what he and others have done.
