Starting on April 1, 2018, illegal aliens in California who have recently obtained state driver's licenses legally, or obtained them previously by lying about their immigration status, will automatically be registered to vote. Since January 2015, according to the California DMV, A.B. 60, a law passed by the California Assembly, "allows illegal immigrants to the United States to apply for a California driver's license with the CA Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV)" [emphasis original]. As of December 2016, more than 800,000 California driver's licenses were issued to illegal aliens under the A.B. 60 law. Additional thousands of illegals may have been granted licenses prior to 2015 because they lied on their driver's license application forms and claimed they were in the country legally. (No proof of legal residence has been required by the California DMV in recent years.)

Actually, illegal aliens are not eligible to vote no matter how many drivers licenses they are issued. However, the state of California does not care - they will allow these people to vote regardless of their eligibility.
California and its resources are too important to “kick out.”
Send the U.S. military to Sacramento, dissolve the state government, then install a military governor until the moonbats in that state get their $hit together.

The Attorney General (Remember him - some little feller named Sessions with a southern accident and elf ears) should bring suit in the Federal Courts to discard all California State Federal Election results. No Presidential vote, no Senator and no representatives.
The problem is, there is no federal law, nor does the Constitution, specifically prevent non-citizens from voting. States have made it illegal but they can change change the rules.
What needs to happen is the Congress needs to enact a law making voting by non-citizens unlawful.
We are witnessing the glorious destruction of the once great state of CA.

California votes should be excluded from nation elections as long as this kind of illegality exist.

California votes shouldn’t be excepted until every voter has a photo ID.
It’s a violation of the Constitutional requirement that the Federal Government guarantee each state a republican form of government. We need a Voting Rights Act for California.

Since 1996, a federal law has prohibited non-citizens from voting in federal elections, punishing them by fines, imprisonment, inadmissibility, and deportation. The DOJ certainly can do something about it.
The California voter registration form has two fields for the address of the voter. One field is for where the voter lives. The other field is for where the absentee ballot is mailed to. All of the employees at the California DMV office are SEIU employees. Ballots get mailed to SEIU people who fill them out and send them in.
