I have always felt that Democrat politicians have a team of yahoos to ‘manage’ their twitter accounts with poll tested tweets. I don’t believe that Obama or Clinton sent out their own tweets at all. Trump, however, sends out his own tweets ‘shoot from the hip’ style. The fact that the Gov didn’t know his password just proves this.
