We all know that officers in the U.S. Coast Guard never lie. Do you think this practice should be allowed as a method of breaking in line in front of legal immigrants?

If any one born here was a citizen then the US Constitution would say:
"All persons born in the United States are citizens."
But it doesn't! It says:
"All persons born in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens"
If you cross here illegally, you do not fit that clause.

A friend of mine heard a H1b from India yelling at the Social Security Dept why his parents Social Security Check was late.
The company was Intel and it goes on constantly.
