Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton violated federal records rules through her use of a private email server while she was secretary of state, a State Department audit has concluded.
“At a minimum, Secretary Clinton should have surrendered all emails dealing with Department issues before leaving government service,” says an audit by the State Department Inspector General, obtained by NBC News.
“Because she did not do so, she did not comply with the [State] Department’s policies that were implemented in accordance with the Federal Records Act."

Lets see the report, because she broke a lot more laws than that. The private server for government business was in itself against the law. ABC will however water everything down and twist the facts. If ABC can see the report than why can’t we?

Good grief. It was crystal clear in about 20 seconds that the mere existence of her private server was a violation of the espionage act.
Perhaps 45 seconds later, we learned that she *never had* a properly gov’t authorized email account.
About 20 seconds later, there comes the unavoidable, the irrefutable conclusion that *all* her email correspondence as SOS landed on her private server. Every one of those emails is an espionage act violation.
15 seconds later, the thought occurs, there can’t NOT be classified data in many, many formats being emailed to her.
10 seconds later, wait, she cannot control what is being emailed to her.
20 seconds later, wait she can not know that she is absolutely certain to be receiving classified messages on a routine basis.
In under 5 minutes pondering time the magnitude of, the gross negligence of, the irrelevance of any intent nuance related to the mere existence of her private server was blatantly clear.
I’ve said plenty of times, until the day HRC is indicted for this standalone black-letter violation of law, the legal system of the US is just a turd in a toilet waiting to be flushed.
