In a report on the bizarre scandal centering on Pakistani-born Democratic congressional IT aides, a House investigation concluded the aides accessed the data of members for whom they did not work, sometimes logging in as lawmakers to cover their tracks.
The report summarizing the findings of a four-month internal investigation that said the behavior of the aides mirrored a “classic method for insiders to exfiltrate data from an organization,” the Daily Caller News Foundation reported.

Imran Awan Imran Awan Authorities said there is evidence the members’ data may have been aggregated onto one server, which then was physically stolen.
As WND reported, IT staffer Imran Awan, his brothers Abid and Jamal, and their wives Natalia Sova and Hina Alvi, were highly paid IT administrators working for dozens of House Democrats until Capitol Police began probing them in early 2017.
The IT staffers allegedly ran a ghost employee scheme with a take of nearly $6 million over the years.

also, if as George Webb has suggested/proved that there are multiple ‘rat lines’ run by powerful people using this Awan spy game, then there must be multiple investigations?? That’s my hope, at least - but Congress sure took it’s time shutting off access to these spys -

However, despite Lieu's vain attempts to cover his gross negligence, there are “strong indications that many of the 44 House members’ data – including personal information of constituents seeking Congressional help – was entirely out of the Democrat members’ possession, and was siphoned off and stored on the House Democratic Caucus server by the Awans using Democrat Cong Becerra's password and codes.....data from multiple House Democrats was absconded with; authorities said that the data physically disappeared while it was being monitored by police.

NY House Democrat Rep. Yvette Clarke AND her chief of staff (who she directs) have some explaining to do.
Cong Clarke and her chief of staff did not alert authorities to the huge amt of missing equipment "written-off" to the tune of 120,000 tax dollars (also "missing") when it was brought to the attention of Yvette Clarke's office around Feb 2016.
A Congressman's written request to sign away that much "lost" electronic equipment would have been “way outside any realm of normalcy,” particularly since Clarke's small office employed only 16 aides. The 120,000 tax dollars would have bought about 150 devices.
Clarke's office failed to alert authorities until months later when House administrators told Clarke's office they were reviewing finances connected to the Awans.
