Feinstein Confirms Fusion GPS Lawyers Asked For Release Of Testimony Transcript
The Daily Caller ^ | Jan 12, 2018 | Kerry Picket

WASHINGTON — California Democratic Sen. Dianne Feinstein told The Daily Caller that Fusion GPS lawyers asked her to release company co-founder Glenn Simpson’s testimony transcript.

She released the testimony Tuesday before consulting with Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley, which she told TheDC she regrets. Feinstein is the top Democrat on the committee.

“We were written to by the lawyers of the company asking that it be released, and the reason, of course, is because it has been used by rumor and innuendo and falsity so much that the time came for people to see exactly what was said,” Feinstein said.

She said Wednesday that she felt “pressured” to release the transcript, though she later denied saying that.

The cockroaches are running for cover from the light of truth now that it is all being exposed. The crime and complicity is so widespread, it cannot be kept track of. Time for some indictments and trials.

Mr. Simpson, you should understand that
although the interview is not under oath, by law
you are required to answer questions from Congress
truthfully. Do you understand that?
MR. SIMPSON: Yes.
MR. DAVIS: Specifically 18 U.S.C. Section
1001 makes it a crime to make any materially false,
fictitious, or fraudulent statement or
representation in the course of a congressional
investigation. That statute applies to your
statements in this interview. Do you understand
that?
MR. SIMPSON: Yes, I do.
MR. DAVIS: Witnesses who knowingly provide
false statements could be subject to criminal
prosecution and imprisonment for up to five years.
Do you understand this?
MR. SIMPSON: Yes, I do.
MR. DAVIS: Is there any reason you’re unable
to provide truthful answers to today’s questions?
MR. SIMPSON: No.
MR. DAVIS: Finally, we ask that you not
speak about what we discuss in this interview with
anyone else outside of who’s here in the room today
in order to preserve the integrity of our
investigation. We also ask that you not remove any
exhibits or other committee documents from the
interview.

If she was so willing to oblige them, it’s too bad they didn’t ask her to jump in the lake while they were at it.

How many Republican Senators have referred Senator Feinstein to the ethics committee?

I won’t hold my breath.

That could actually hurt GPS testimony. Was given a transcript of a deposition that I should not have read. Told the prosecutor that there were false statements and my statements will be slightly different. She said, no worries. If your statement is exact, it would raise suspicions. No one ever remembers events the exact same way. And some will tell white lies to cover embarrassing details.

Ethics Committee has to call her out on the carpet. Maybe they’ll eject her from the Senate (salivate).

DiFi and her hubby know a thing or two about putting their lives ahead of everyone else's......
her Govt status and influence to steer business and profits to enrich themselves.

BACKSTORY: Back in Sept 2014, Senate intel head Di/Fi was whining about the CIA looking through her computers and taking documents. Clearly, the CIA had plenty on her----even BEFORE the shocking Chi/Com missile scandal broke involving a Cali state Senator selling missiles to China.

INCONVENIENT FACTOIDS:

<><>Feinstein heads the Senate Intel Committee;

<><> Her hubby Richard Blum made million as the lawyer for Chinese interests and from tax-funded govt contracts;

<><> Did Di use her access to valuable US security data improperly?

<><> Hubby Richard Blum made millions in China deals in past years. How'd he do that?

<><> Is hubby cutting new deals w/ the Chi/Coms?

LIFE CAN BE BEAUTIFUL IN THE FEDERAL SECTOR ---Di/Fi and husband profit for 15 years from federal funds
NY Post | 1/19/15 | Richard Johnson / FR Posted by Libloather

My report Sunday on the lucrative deal Sen. Dianne Feinstein’s husband has to sell 56 post office buildings barely scratched the surface of her conflicts of interest. The California Democrat’s financier husband, Richard C. Blum, is estimated to be a billionaire from his shrewd investments in companies that profit from federal policies.

“For at least 15 years, Feinstein has appeared to support government contracts that push federal funds toward companies co-owned or governed by her powerful, billionaire husband, Richard C. Blum,” Breitbart News reported. (Excerpt) Read more at pagesix.com ...

=====================================================

ITEM--Sen Finestein's husband, Richard Blum, became a billionaire representing China's interests.

====================================================

THERE'S GOLD IN THEM THAR HILLS---Sponsored by Senator Diane Feinstein, the Desert Wilderness Protection Act and its companion bill known as the California Desert Protection Act created three new national parks and seventy- four new wilderness areas in the desert of California that total 8 million acres (an area the size of Maryland).

This closes acreage to development, forces out private owners within the protected area and closes mines and ranches. It also expands the Death Valley and Joshua Tree national monuments and upgrades them to national parks.

It seems that the real motivation for passage of this bill lies with the special interest groups that would benefit monetarily. Through a complex series of land exchanges, Catellus Corporation (Owned by none other than Richard Blum DiFI Hubby), a subsidiary of Santa Fe Pacific, will receive land that contains some of the richest gold deposits in the world.
