I’m reading that Trump actually did not refer to Haiti as a shithole. About Haiti he didn’t want them to be included in any deal.
I think it was in terms of the lottery the plan of the 6 senators was to cut it in half. Trump didn’t want dangerous countries included. His shithole probably was synonymous with hellhole for any number of security reasons.
