Democratic Sen. Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts railed against GOP-led tax cuts Wednesday before admitting that they will likely result in lower electricity rates for people in her home state.
Warren railed against the tax cuts during an interview on Fox News, but back-peddled after interviewer Bret Baier mentioned energy companies are planning rate cuts in response to reduced corporate taxes.
“And good for them. I’m delighted to hear that,” she said, before quickly pivoting back to her original criticism: “It is $1.5 trillion the Republicans gave away to billionaires and to giant corporations.”
Massachusetts energy giant Eversource announced earlier this month that paying millions of dollars less in taxes under the new tax law President Donald Trump signed in December could allow it to reduce rates for customers. The law, which received no Democratic support in Congress, slashes the corporate tax rate from 35 percent to 21 percent.

The Dems vote is going to bite them in the ass when people see their take-home pay go up and other prices go down, like utility rates. The economic picture, if portrayed correctly, should totally beat the Dems in the next elections.
If it gets popular the media will just start calling it the Democratic bill. No one will call them on it anyways
If the GOP is dumb enough to let that happen, they deserve to lose the elections. I just hope the GOP grows a pair...soon!
Apparently the highly educated Elizabeth doesn’t realize that corporations do not pay taxes - they pass those tax costs on to their consumers through higher prices for goods and services. Tax corporations and you tax the little people.

Warren changes her positions on issues so much that she is a living version of the saying “Spin on this” (Finger image not available here).
This captures the entire way a dem thinks. They think by allowing people and businesses to keep their own money instead of confiscating it through over taxation they are giving money away that was never theirs to start with.
That my friends is the definition of insanity. There can be no doubt; leftists are mentally damaged and incapable of rational thought.
