Thanks for the link. Like the poster at Twitter, I too believe the FBI has lied, and hopefully this move by Grassley and Graham will prove it.
Interesting take on this.
Basically, Steele didn’t lie but his story doesn’t jive with the deep state cover story so he “must” be lying.
Deep state now needs to look into his “lies” and charge him. Steele then sings even louder saying he is telling the truth and it’s the clowns in DC that are lying. And hopefully has some evidence to prove it. Then wammo.

The Treehouse analysis is certainly a possibility, however it omits the fact that the FBI lying, about something, may not be a crime. However Sreele lying to the FBI would be, and that is the specific accusation put forth. Here is the key bullet in the Treehouse twitter feed:
4. Quote #2 NYT: ...”It was not clear why, if a crime is apparent in the F.B.I. reports that were reviewed by the Judiciary Committee, the Justice Department had not moved to charge Mr. Steele already.”...
To me at least, that appears to indicate that Congress feels they have sufficient proof that Steele was lying. And they’re a bit ticked off that the FBI either didn’t notice this yet, or purposefully ignored it, in fact they even based their investigation of the President on it.
