Walls Close In Around DOJ and FBI “Small Group” Participants
Conservative Tree House ^ | 1/5/17 | Sundance

Posted on 01/05/2018 2:25:39 AM PST by Be Careful

Several stories broke yesterday:

♦Senator Ron Johnson gains copies of the manipulated/edited FBI small group “talking points” that exonerated Hillary Clinton despite overwhelming evidence. Johnson is a Senate Judiciary Committee member and remains focused on those specifics.

♦Senator Chuck Grassley has identified that former FBI Director James Comey leaked classified FBI information to the media to gain political leverage. Additional questions are now raised by the Senate Judiciary Chairman.

♦The FBI has begun a new review of the Clinton Foundation pay-to-play network during Hillary Clinton’s tenure at the State Dept. Investigators are questioning the people within the Clinton foundation about actions taken as a result of donations to the foundation.

♦A federal judge has ruled that Fusion GPS must turn over it’s bank records to the House Intelligence Committee. Including records of financial payments to journalists and media outlets to push the Christopher Steele “Dossier” story.

♦House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes will be receiving all remaining DOJ documents, without redaction, that pertain to the 2016 DOJ/FBI FISA court application. In addition eight key members of the FBI “small group” will be questioned by the committee.

♦The Dept. of Justice it reopening the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s email use; and how both Clinton and her aide Huma Abedin used, shared and stored classified documents on their personal servers and devices.

♦Paul Manafort sues Special Counsel Robert Mueller and his probe due to a claim of overreach and operating outside the scope of his legal authority from congress.

Additionally, the DOJ Office of Inspector General, Michael Horowitz, is anticipated to deliver 1.2 million documents, from a year-long investigation into the FBI/DOJ, to House Judiciary Chairman Bob Goodlatte on January 15th.

It is easy to get stuck in the weeds on any individual storyline within the larger network of ongoing investigations.

Highly appreciate all that you do, but that book was written by Len Colodny and Robert Gettli. Sorry to hear about GGL.

That’s right, I stand corrected.
I haven’t seen the book in a while, but I remember Liddy referencing it and somehow his name stuck to it in my mind.

Sundance spends a lot of time researching, then he/she connects the dots. A lot of it is, “walk like a duck, talk like a duck, it is a duck.”

Regarding Sundance “..he needs to stay as anonymous as possible because of what he is doing.”.....

Just wait until Hitlary gets wind of what Sundance is doing and how much he knows, anything that casts a bad light on her and his days are numbered.

Sourced from the comments on CTH.

<>A FD-302 is for information taken from a subject, and not information about the subject themselves.<>

==o==o==o==o==

<>Important to note that it is a FD-302 (not to be confused with “702 FISA surveillance”). A FD-302 is for information taken from a subject, and not information about the subject themselves. I wonder if this particular 302 is related to GCHQ or other FVEYE surveillance, and that is what they are saying implicates “National Security Concerns”? Don’t ever forget, the newly installed GCHQ Chief Robert Hannigan unexpectedly resigned as GCHQ Head the very day President Trump was inaugurated. No such thing as coincidences. (Note, this is why Fox News “fired” Judge Andrew Napolitano, only to ultimately bring him back. Nap never recanted his initial reporting that GCHQ was involved)

Clappers a buffoon. I can’t help but feel scorn and pity whenever he’s on a talking head show.

I share your disdain for both Clapper and Brennan, but LtGen Clapper is a very dangerous man and no buffoon. As is Mullah Brennan. Both are in serious legal jeapordy along with their fellow plotters, and are not going down without a fight.

Sad to hear about G-Man’s health - certainly best wishes for him.

On his radio show, he often stated Dean threatened to sue him but never did....so in essence he corroborated Liddy’s assertions.

Just to pile on, in 1994, I briefed LTG Clapper when he was the Director of DIA. I ran the Unconventional Warfare Branch at the Army Intelligence Center at the time and briefed him on Military Intelligence (Army) doctrine vis-à-vis unconventional warfare. He didn’t have even the slightest clue as to what I was talking about - a certifiable idiot who asked completely irrelevant, off-topic questions.

As to Brennan, quite a few years later, when I was detailed to the White House as a CT Advisor following 9/11, there were a number of NSC meetings that Brennan was not permitted to attend, even though he was a Senior Director on the NSC Staff. I asked a friend who was a senior CIA case officer why and he replied, “It’s pretty much acknowledged that Brennan converted to Islam” [during his lengthy tenure in Riyadh]. Brennan’s not an idiot, but he is a snake.

Brennon is the dangerous one. Clapper is a buffoon, but I’m not saying he’s not devious and dangerous. He ruined U.S intelligence wherever he was assigned.

I really hope and pray that CTH is right on this.

Seeing as this information is coming straight from Kushner or DTJR (or whoever is managing Trump's counter-offensive), of course it's right. After all, "Trump holds all the cards - he's always held all the cards."

As to Sundance, a simple search on will return a name in seconds. Levin outed him awhile back as a Hillary supporter. I know, weird, which suggests there's something else going on behind the scenes @ CTH.

For those of us who have written reports or prepared management analyses, it's immediately obvious that Sundance's material is at a very high level. His work isn't that of some random journalist or even an experienced op-ed writer. Rather, it's a window into what Trump knows, and what Trump is doing to defeat this nation's enemies.

It is a “small group” of the ones that have been set up to take the fall. The corruption at the alphabet agencies is breathtaking and should not be underestimated. Others just as corrupt will flow in to fill the void IF any of the “small group” go down.

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

I'm thinking that MSM & even gummit investigators are trying to frame the culprits as the "small group" to take a little heat off of the thousand of other swampers in DOJ or FBI.

if the "joe six packs" of the country ever get it in their heads that everybody in gummit is corrupt, it could cause a major revolt.

so, I think they're using the small group tag to control the narrative to fade the heat.

The tried to set up Adm. Mike Rogers NSA Director for the illegal unmasking and after Trump won election without even telling Obama or Clapper and Brennan he met with the president elect reportedly to inform him that emails and phone calls were being monitored at Trump Tower.

Interesting that one of the FBI interview docs is so sensitive that Nunes and his team are being shown the document(s) today by Wray personally at FBI HQ. I was thinking that must be a very sensitive doc but the Nunes letter does not say that Schiff and his investigators will be attending - is that an oversight or omission in the letter? or is it, possibly, that doc pertains to Schiff’s leaking?

There’s a lot of different down-stream legal issues:

The unlawful exoneration of Hillary Clinton by political operatives in the DOJ/FBI.

The unlawful destruction of evidence; and the manipulation of investigative protocols to gain a specific and pre-planned political outcome. (Peter Strzok, Andrew McCabe)

The unlawful use of the FISA court for political spy operations by the DOJ/FBI.

The unlawful use of the Dept of Justice National Security Division. For weaponized political benefit. (Sally Yates, Loretta Lynch, Bruce Ohr)

The unlawful use of the FBI Counterintelligence Division. For weaponized political benefit. (James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, James Baker)

The unlawful use of a Special Counsel (Mueller) investigation to hide the conspiracy; (James Baker, Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, Bruce Ohr, Andrew Weissman, Jeannie Rhee, Aaron Zebley)

All of the origination details are part of the minutia that will surface in the next 30 days. Devin Nunes, Bob Goodlatte and Chuck Grassley using the Judiciary and Intelligence Committees to collect evidence and tell the public everything outlined HERE and more.

A FD-302 is for information taken from a subject, and not information about the subject themselves.<>

It is an FBI document, specifically the written report of the witness interview.

here’s a sample
