Well, if your religion means you can’t feel anger towards some sub-human who beats a child to death, I’m glad I don’t share it.

Maybe it’s just my age. I just don’t feel anger regarding people acting badly to other people. I feel sadness.

Can’t feel anger? Of course Christians can, and do. Did not Christ throw out those selling inside the Temple? If I had seen this crime in action... my response would have been swift, brutal and without hesitation until the situation was controlled...

However, responding with a beating, torture, etc. after the fact would be wrong indeed. Now hopefully the courts will deal out justice in this case.

What Christians recognize is that our sin is the same in God’s eyes. Have you ever lied? Have you been with a man/woman outside of marriage? Have you taken something that wasn’t yours? - So then why would God let a liar, adulterer or thief into heaven? When it comes down to perfection... we all fail that test. The good news is, Jesus died on the cross for all sins, as He never sinned. Three days later, He lived again. All that believe on Him shall be saved, as this was God’s sacrifice for us.
