I've become a pretty big fan of Todd Herman... at least what I've heard of him the few times he's subbed for Rush. Herman is now my #1 favorite Rush sub.

Love Mark Steyn, but I grow tired of his silliness some days. I often can't bear to listen to him for three solid hours.
