When every man becomes vulnerable to being targeted, men (and the women who depend on them for support) may just decide it’s time to repeal all “hostile work environment” laws, and go back to how it was, with senior management deciding policy on how to judge whether a complaint has merit.

That is a false statement and misses the point of exactly how Marxism inspired current “Liberalism” has operated. Using academia as the great indoctrinator of values, cultural-social Marxism has deployed “Liberals” to re-order the operational values of society, at every level, so that IT functions as THE shadow function of communities and societies (as much as it can), controlling “antisocial activity” (activity NOT in agreement with Marxist current agendas).
The “shadow” methods of communities and societies controlling behavior are not eliminated by “Liberalism”, they are USED by “Liberalism”, employing values they have ingrained enough of the population with.
