Plus local newspapers and television stations that don’t report many of the incidents at the mall, particularly the robberies in the parking lot.
It certainly is, and they hate the publicity. That's why I think the Cherry Hill Mall management is in on the spin for this mob, blaming "the parents" for "dropping their children off unsupervised."
Like these "youths" are supervised at home or anywhere else.
Often when leaving my local mall I loiter at the door until a man or large group is leaving. They are unknowingly my security team
