Store management is now a big mess, too, with their university-indoctrinated PC geniuses trying one ‘new method OUR way’ after another, most failing abysmally. Unreadably tiny shelf labels, English-challenged immigrants (15% of community) answering the store’s main phone line, raw store managers, ignoring tenured employees’ retail knowledge/experience. Dumb stuff.
Yes. Where I live, the WalMart you go to makes a BIG difference. There are one or two that are decent, with a pretty good staff and most (not all, but most) of the customers are not mental patients.
There is another WalMart located about 18 miles away that I will NOT go to anymore.
The next thing you know, the "youths" might start radomly punching old men and women in the head, and call it "The Knock Out Game" or something......
Until bodies of government step in to crack down on these criminal groups, or society collapses to the point that we each just start shooting them when they engage in their shenanigans as individuals thereby preemptively terminating the worst offenders and leaders, there is no way to stop mobs from doing whatever they want.

I know that mall - I used to go there when I worked in Washington DC. After reading your description, I would not want to shop there either.
Several years ago, I was walking through Amsterdam, Netherlands with my wife and children. There were some fellow Americans with us.
We were just walking around, enjoying the city. We went around a corner to turn west, and all of sudden, we found ourselves on a street where there were dozens and dozens of Muslim men, giving us the Death Stare.
They were not shy at all about showing us their hostility towards us.
We got out of there, and later on I talked to native Dutch woman, and she told us not to go there again. "No one goes there", she said.
One of the many reasons Malls are dying. I notice a lot of thugs at our nice little Midwest mall. I almost never go there anymore.
Often when leaving my local mall I loiter at the door until a man or large group is leaving. They are unknowingly my security team
We lived in Cherry Hill in the late 70’s and not only did I love area I loved the malls.
“Youths.”
“Juveniles.”
“School Kids.”
“Teens.”
Who is responsible? Let’s call a spade a spade ...
Gee, that sounds like fun. Good way to release frustrations after the malls shut down.
Just don't go and the problem will solve itself.
I shop online. Wouldn't even think of going to a mall to buy something.
I can proudly say that I have never been to a mall in any city I have ever lived in.

In fact that was what pushed the issue to the tipping point as I recall.
There was some kind of annual game between two black colleges and the "fans" swamped the parking lot and the mall driving real shoppers away.
And as soon as corrective action was taken - BAM!
Out comes the race card!
I never knew this until recently, but did you know that black colleges are "grant" colleges. They are not traditional in the sense that like other colleges who solely rely on tuition and student loans. Oh no. They also get billions from the taxpayers to stay in business.

They are called HBCUS colleges (Historically Black Colleges and Universities).

I found this out when I asked a black professor why he didn't want to take a job at one of these black colleges. He said: "They are grant colleges, and the funding is not as stable as I would like."
No one calls COSTCO racist - or for that matter Sam’s Club. The reason is COSTCO and Sam’s happily accepts anyone who hands them the price of membership.
This would be the same - no one’s turning down black members...or members of any other racial group. Pay the membership fee and you’re in.
As far as a situation where a thousand thugs (of any color or race) shows up, the mall would just lock the doors. Fire regs would allow anyone to leave, but people could NOT get in without breaking down the doors. Most thugs know where the lines are - the lines between being a total jerk - and being a jerk who goes to jail. It’s unlikely thugs would kick in doors.
Besides, almost anything sold at a mall or Sam’s or COSTCO can be bought at other places. If out of control thugs protest they can’t buy sneakers - the names of non-mall stores that sell sneakers can be printed on a handout and passed out to ‘mall seekers’...
Most tourist centers in Florida solve the problem of thugs by charging money to come into the park. Once in, rides are free.
Last time I was at Disney tickets were running close to a hundred for a day. Northern Centers should do the same. Change to get in - then make the rides free.
Giving into thugs hurts everyone... white, blacks, stores, commerce etc... it’s nuts.
COSTCO and Sam’s should shut their doors and move to sane parts of the city. Then let the ‘black community’ cry about not having stores in their communities... Seems some people don’t understand concepts like ‘cause and effect’... and white liberals sure aren’t going to tell them... keeps blacks mad and on the plantation.
The last time I went to the movie theater at Cloverleaf (20 years ago?), I carried a .380 caliber pistol in my pocket. And I didn’t even have a concealed carry permit at the time.
