Dying of hypothermia / freezing to death is allegedly a relatively peaceful, painless way to go.
As for being found "frozen solid:" That should actually facilitate handling / disposal; imagine finding it frozen only "half solid."

I live in this god forsaken city. We were voted the #1 worst winter city in 2014. It’s no better in 2017. It’s brutally cold and just plain miserable. I’m quite sure that more than just this one dog has frozen to death this week. I still see homeless people on the streets.

People are understandly upset about this poor dog, but what the heck is this “Humane Society” that has investigators who are allowed to go looking through windows and obtaining warrants? Some kind of city or state thing, or are these people just deputized busybodies?

Yup, no surprise latinos were involved. There is a latino family a couple streets over who treated their dogs very shabbily. I assume their neighbors reported them because I have not seen the dogs around anymore. Or, they ended up in the burritos.
