“Who is going to be commuting between Cheyenne and Pueblo”
Cheyenne population: 64,000
Pueblo population: 110,000
Total Colorado Front Range Population (where the tunnel will be): 4,800,000
And then what do you do for local transportation once you’ve zoomed from Pueblo to Cheyenne? Uber? Bicycles? Horses?

I think Lucille Ball had an episode that used a name similar to that. The product was some kind on expensive Snake Oil Nerve Tonic. I remember it. It was Vita-meata-vegemin. She was doing a commercial for it and the more of it she drank the drunker she got. It was basically just booze.

Vitameatavegamin Lucy completely ripped that off from Red Skelton's Guzzler Gin bit.

Feasible? In science fiction, as of right now, yeah.

LOL! Probably each passenger will change into a disposable poopy-suit. Sort of a cheap version of fighter pilots garb ;-)

Well, there won’t be much of a crowd, so all of those will probably be available.

CHEYENNE?? There are less than 60,000 people in Cheyenne. That would cost every resident $400,000.
Greater metro Denver has 2.8 million people.
Seems like somebody may want to reassess markets before breaking ground.
Of course, if the 700 mph train derails in Cheyenne, there won't be much damage to the town.

It’s like a competition to see who will pay the most to get reamed by Elon Musk.

All you ever wanted to know about loops at
METRO RINGS AND LOOPS. You are right -- not a single Great Loop, Fantastic Loop, Super Loop, or Loopty Loo Loop among them. Transit marketers are missing huge opportunities.

Get a map. Note the location of Denver relative to Cheyenne and Pueblo.

Look at Cheyenne, follow it south to Pueblo. There will be stops available for Denver and Colorado Springs. And people from all those towns can zip into Denver easily.
It won’t be a nonstop from Cheyenne to Pueblo.

Commuter railways generally have both “express” and “local” trains. I didn’t see any mention of locals in this article.

Between Denver and Colorado Springs might make sense and cost a lot less.

$24 billion for the Hyperloop.
If they carry 1 million passengers a year, and charge $1,000 per passenger, they might be able to pay their annual interest cost.
Financially, this thing is D.O.A.
To: zeestephen
Financially, this thing is D.O.A. No problem.
Just get the Feds to pay for it.
They can create money out of a vacuum.
