The corporate taxes are paid by the owners through lower dividends and stock values, customers through higher prices and employees through lower pay. When those taxes are lowered I would expect all three to benefit as determined by the free market. I see no reason why one should benefit as a matter of law over the other two.I have made that argument for years. It is rare to find a liberal who can understand it, and even rarer to find one who attempts to respond.

Mario Cuomo will ultimately be remembered for shutting the Shoreham nuclear plant. His equally ignorant son Andrew Cuomo will be remembered for closing the Indian Point nuclear plant. New York will face a dearth of cheap, clean reliable electricity and the people will suffer from economic hardship. This is what happens when the electorate consists of a majority fools and elects socialist liberals.

Corporations only pay 9% of all federal tax receipts. They really don't pay that. Taxes are an expense passed on to the ultimate user...the customer.

I guess he missed econ 101: Corps do not pay taxes, the individuals who buy their products or services pay them.
Econ 102: Corporations are owned by stockholders who derive dividends from their investments. Most stock is owned by mutual and pension funds who pay out earnings to individuals.
Business Management 101: Companies pay workers for what they do in a market place of workers each competing with their peers over the value of their contribution to the bottom line of the employer.
