All the children of the "displaced" Puerto Ricans who couldn't pass up a chance to be double dippers snd move here to receive federal as well as state welfare bennies. It's their kids Scott is financing on the backs of Florida homeowners. No way they were going to stay home and re-build their island. What an alien concept that is, especially after all of the aid we sent over there during the last hurricane.
