Eric Garner’s oldest daughter has shown no signs of recovery — still unable to breathe on her own after suffering a heart attack, her family said on Monday.

Erica Garner, 27, had a heart attack on Saturday night. She was on life-support in the intensive care unit of a Brooklyn hospital late Monday.

“The Garner/Snipes family wants to thank you all for your prayers and support,” the family said in a statement. “At this moment there are no updates on Erica’s condition. They ask that you take this holiday to enjoy your loved ones and for self care. More updates will come as they are available.”

Erica Garner’s mother Esaw Snipes added in a text to the Daily News, “Please keep her and (her) children in your prayers.”

Erica Garner, who pushed back on Don Lemon when he suggested that her father's death was a racial issue, is in a coma after a heart attack. She is only 27 years old. Her family has asked for prayers, and surely that family has already been through too much.

OK, she’s the nice person who said that she didn’t believe the police were racist but instead attributed it to his size, and on the other side to pride. Jesus said “blessed are the peacemakers” and Lord knows, they are far too rare. I pray that she recovers.

I hope she was under the Blood of Jesus for salvation.

Other than that I have no time for her or her family. They are responsible for many deaths.

That does not sound good at all. 27 is way too early to have a heart attack.

Being on life support makes it sounds like it was very darn serious, unlike the two MI’s I’ve had, both of which almost killed me, but neither of which left me on life support.

I will pray for her.

No, that was Ferguson. This young woman refused to cooperate with the race baiters.

Fair enough, I see that she is an activist. What has she been protesting specifically?

The running out of french fries and burrito coverings?

..........at least this young lady SUPPORTS her Dad.....................many daughters don’t!

For that alone, she deserves our respect.

Wtf happened to free republic ?

I see a lot of fired-from-the-hip snarkiness, pettiness and overall bs’ery that I would expect from lesser people.

Coffee on, we used to pay for period.

“27 is way too early to have a heart attack.”

Almost sounds like a congenital problem? 🤔

Spell check really is more trouble than it is worth sometimes. Grammarly at least asks permission to change things

She didn’t cooperate with the race baiters and I think that stuck in a few craws. 27 is too young for a heart attack, you are right, and she has kids who depend on her.
