Denver is quickly becoming the San Francisco of the Rockies.
I changed planes there once...about 30 years ago.Didn't see anything extremely untoward at the airport.

Let me add why the Founding Fathers were so brilliant to enact the 10th Amendment and create the federal system.
We in the other states can watch what happens when weed is legalized, street people are allowed to relieve themselves on the street and illegal aliens are permitted to roam free, robbing, raping, murdering, as well as sponging off the taxpayers.
This is why the Left hates States Rights. They do not want us to be able to vote with our feet when taxes are too high, government is too big — and non-citizens are coddled.
I posted this as a warning. Hopefully the President and his Administration are watching this also, and will close the loophole being exploited by Leftists in Colorado to protect illegal aliens — at the expense of their sane, law-abiding, taxpaying citizenry.

In 1960 Lima Peru I witnessed the unimaginably poor doing this there. My family that lives there tells me that Peru has progressed beyond the point where such unhealthy behavior is tolerated now.

In CA you can INTENTIONALLY give somebody AIDS through unprotected Sex and it was reduced from a Felony to a Misdemeanor effective January 1, 2018.

It is still against the law to pee or poop on a Denver sidewalk.
Instead of a year in jail, now an offender gets 60 days.
How many years in jail would you as a tax payer like to pay for to send one person to jail for peeing on a sidewalk?

The solution is to make ANY contact with the police or Courts deportable offenses.
That will incentivize the illegals who are here to behave themselves — and for us to be rid of those who cannot or will not.

That’s the current law, but it is not always enforced by local,state and federal law agencies.
However, I’m not sure how you plan to distinguish a pile of poop on a sidewalk by a citizen from a pile of poop on a sidewalk by an illegal alien.
