How many years in jail would you as a tax payer like to pay for to send one person to jail for peeing on a sidewalk?
The solution is to make ANY contact with the police or Courts deportable offenses.
That will incentivize the illegals who are here to behave themselves — and for us to be rid of those who cannot or will not.
