FLinders Street Railway Station is basically the central train station for Melbourne. While we do not know if this is an accident or terrorism at this point, this would be one of the most likely targets for a terrorist attack in Melbourne.

Could be Islam. If the driver got out after the crash and started stabbing/shooting, then definitely Islam.
Since the report, however, just says he was arrested, it could also be someone whacked out on drugs/booze.

Remember, the biggest danger is that of antagonism towards our peaceful Islamic neighbors who, as a high UN Official (& former US Career Foreign Service Ambassador) just stated, MUST be allowed free entry to any country as a basic human right!
