The power of the congress to imprison is limited. But if you want to know about imprisonment with out a jury conviction, check with the Bundy family who have been held without bail for over 2 years. Three trials and headed for a fourth yet they are still in jail with no conviction by a jury only on the authority of a single corrupt judge.

The House and Senate have different powers. The House can hold someone until the current term expires.

I can't find that in the Constitution. Must be in a "penumbra" like Roe v Wade.

For these three to be associated with Mueller and the fact that there is almost nothing negative coming out about Trump right now. Bizarre indeed. Then considering that Admiral Rogers of the NSA too that unauthorized trip to Trump transition headquarters... which resulted in Trump mocving.

Starting to look like the bad actors might have been setup. I guess we shall see
