This is not surprising as the bumper crop in Idaho is potatoes.
According to Eat This, Not That, whether theyre the white or the sweet variety, potatoes are a great source of potassium. This nutrient counteracts salts bloating effects and boosts circulation, which can help you look better in bed and also boost your bedroom pleasure. It can also improve your mood: Studies have linked low potassium levels with depression.

Maybe not Cialis or Viagra, but changing from a stud to a spud may be in our future.

It’s getting so crowded here. I hate it.
All those californicos getting out of Dodge and high taxes and crime and regulatory hell rushing north to bring high taxes, crime and regulatory hell to Idaho, and Democrat electoral votes.
That is where their votes are of most avail.
Californians buy here and after being trapped in their homes/driveways by snow, put their houses up for sale the following year. Snow in our driveway was 7” deep from one night’s snow this past week.
And taking the nannies and taxes right with them to Idaho. :
“Dear, this place is wonderful, low taxes, little crime, much less micro regulation of our lives, it just needs a few more services...”
Didn’t Ted Kyzinski end up there after his stay at U.C?
Same here. Left NH in 1998 and never looked back. I loved NH, but only in June, July and August.
Except for the mooslimbs and Mexicans, Idaho Falls is a nice place; they get a lot of business over the pass from Jacksonians (WY).
There ya go. I hate everything about snow. The cold, driving in it, the expense to heat, what it does to your home and cars and on and on..And when many people get older, the cold bites way more for them.
For some folks it might be great, just not for me.
The Colorado-based, conservative/libertarian Independence Institute is going to be giving a Californian of the Year award to the Colorado politician who has done the most damage to Colorado in the last year by implementing the policies of California.
Build a border wall!
They leave WV because of fewer jobs than almost anywhere. Illinois is vacating because Democrats control the state’s economy with all the feather-nesting of by and for the machine political hacks.
Vermont was once the most reliably Republican state in the union, but no more. Urbanites and suburbanites from megalopolis (mostly the dreaded New Yorkers) have turned it into a deep blue bastion. Why do you think Bernie Sanders gets so much support?
But Vermont will elect a RINO governor every so often because even liberals get tired of a certain zealous kind of liberal (like former governor Peter Shumlin) who wants Vermont to “lead the nation” in every kind of liberal boondoggle and free money giveaway, such as Single Payer socialized health care.
The routine typically goes like this: husband and pals hunt in Idaho for years and when retirement time rolls around they bring their wives to Idaho in June and the place is beautiful...green, flowers, lakes, Julie Andrews singing, etc.
They sell their place in southern California and buy 5-acres and a nice house and have money left over for snow machines, boats, a horse or two, a new pickup truck and a goat.
Then winter shows up. The nearest Walmart from my place is a 3-hour drive if the pass is not closed, and the nearest airport with commercial flights is also 3-hours. No malls, no friends; and meanwhile, the husband is out on his snow machine with his pals, ice fishing, hunting and having a swell time.
Nest spring, the FOR SALE sign is in the yard and plans are being made to move to a retirement commune in Arizona.
And those of who have lived here for 30-years say...good riddance!
The table shows Wyo. had a significant domestic outflow.
Not so with Montana.
I hear that again and again. Conservative Californians who truly do feel happy at leaving. But soon they relax and start voting for some odd things.
I don’t see them going places and assimilating to the local culture.
Outside of Lincoln, Mont.
