Never in a million years would I call New York City (or New York State for that matter) my home...my *legal* home.But if I were to win the lottery (which,given that I don't buy tickets,is unlikely) one thing I'd do is buy a small place in the West 70's which I'd visit regularly but not so regularly as to violate the "184 nights per year" residency rule.
