She’s half-right. She’s wrong to say that wearing revealing clothing invites harassment. That blames the victim. But she’s right about the value of a dress code.

In nature prior to mating there are rituals, invites to find a mate... and it’s two sided...sometimes these signals are misinterpreted, sometimes they attract the wrong prey, or prey with issues..... and outside interpretation can be taken out of context lol ... just saying...
If you dress like a hooker you might be treated like one, however; any woman wearing a low cut dress in a business office environment is seeking/asking for attention. We always had dress codes. Congress should. Woman who wear thigh high skirts/dresses and/or low cut outfits still do not deserve physical touch of any kind. I have always preferred ladies to trashy looking women.
Advertising your goodies invites people to pay attention to your goodies. The line between “attention” and “harassment” is in the eye of the beholder. She’s right about this if about nothing else.
