This goes far beyond muslim vs female and even affirmative action. How can the rules allow a cop to kill an unarmed citizen and when asked why not have to answer? How can the police training and quidelines justify shooting someone because you are presumably startled? How can his partner be able to “give investigators s**t”?

Freeman has already been thrown under the bus by Mark Dayton for his remarks about the BCA investigations.
