To fix the FBI:
1. Send them all out to the parking lot or put on home leave.
2. call them back in one at a time only after you are sure they are working to protect only the US people and US laws (not the Clintons)
3. tell those not called back in three days to go find jobs elsewhere
NOTE: this would also relieve the overage of personnel in the FBI
