Why is everyone pretending that Americans don’t have children. Conservative families have more kids than Liberals.
It’s the WAY Rubio wants to change the Child Credit. If you PAY TAXES, and have Kids, you can take the credit ($2000 per child). Rubio wants to give $2000 per child EVEN IF THEY DON’T PAY TAXES ON EARNINGS !!!
You take care of your children. I dont want to take care of your children except for primary education and the military to protect them from illegal aliens and invaders. Your children are YOUR responsibility.

The Child Tax Credit is a direct expenditure from the treasury (other people’s money) to those who have kids.
Worse, it gave birth to a complete monstrosity called the EITC which pays people to have kids who have never paid a dime of income tax in their lives...directly from revenues collected from somebody else.
