McConnell and Ryan *like Schiff and Pelosi*
receive money from Soros and DNC from a variety
of hidden channels.

They have successfully conspired against Americans
who voted for regime change and President Trump.
But the hated GOP kept them in office, and
therefore the GOP must be removed like the DNC/N.Korea/Iran.

According to the article it'll take the Mississippi Alabama Secretary of State longer than that to certify the results and declare an official winner. Moore will be sworn in come January.

Fixed.

It’s to prevent recess appointments. Moore would not vote for unanimous consent. If the Senate were to recess Trump could get all his people in place instead of these endless delaying tactics .

Bingo....we have a winner.

So McConnell can just decide on his own to pay TWO senators in one seat? Let’s hope when Roy Moore wins he’ll change his mind.

This is about keeping Moore out until after the end of year recess to keep POTUS Trump from making recess appointments.

They seated a marxist muslim America hating illegal alien named Barack Hussein Osama a few years after 9/11...If McTurtle refuses to seat Moore, it’s go time.

People in KY must be among the fiercest critics of Judge Moore, as they place so faith in their McC.

You could be right. I think the bastards are going to continue to keep Trump from making recess appointments. On the other hand if Moore loses this is very good thing.

I think that is normal. They vote in November get seated in January. Nobody EVER gets seated the next day. I think February 1st would be fair since the ones getting voted in during November don’t get seated until January.

My gosh. They don’t even certify the results until December 27th and then the Senate session doesn’t begin until January. He’ll be sworn in February 1st. You do notice that Senators don’t just get seated after election. There is a process. I wish some homework was done before going postal all the time.

But not with special elections.

Remember when Harry Reid wanted to delay seating Scott Brown until after Obamacare votes, but was pressured to seat him right away?

The governor of Alabama can go to the Supreme Court and force McConnell to seat Moore right away, saying that Strange's appointment was temporary and is now expired since the election was held and they have a winner.

I think you are getting facts wrong. Obama ran against Keyes (after Ryan gave up) in November 2004 and was sworn in, in January 2005 like everyone else. What do you mean they seated him immediately after 9/11......where is the information on that?

I think the soonest he can be seated is December 28th. They certify the results on December 27th. Now I guess McConnell can keep it until when he wants, but McConnell could not seat him on December 13th.

Scott Brown asked Massachusetts to accelerate the certification process. Alabama can do the same if the race is not close.
