FWIW, all justice currently serving on the Alabama Supreme Court were elected as Republicans:

How would digital images of ballots reveal voter’s identities? I don’t think they can.

This means someone was fighting the keeping of voting records? Can they be more obvious?

I really don’t understand the issue here. Not sure about the entire state, but in Hoover we have scantron type paper ballots that are fed into a voting machine. The physical ballots are there so I don’t see where it matters whether the digital image is preserved or not. In any case they would have to preserve the ballots in case there is a protest.

Also:

In any case they would have to preserve the ballots in case there is a recount.

Ab explanation:
http://www.al.com/news/index.ssf/2017/12/in_final-hour_order_court_rule.html

“... officials “do not have authority to maintain such records or to require local officials to do so. Plaintiffs therefore lack standing, the Circuit Court lacks jurisdiction, and the order is a nullity. Although a nullity, it will, if not stayed, cause confusion among elections officials and be disruptive to an election scheduled for tomorrow.” “

I think this was an attempt to create a last minute rule that would be hard to comply with thereby allowing a challenge to the election based upon imperfect compliance.

More out of state bullshit.

If they are using those touch screen electronic voting machines then the voting is all a fraud before it even starts.
The democrats own the companies that build those machines. And Fraud on them is untraceable.

Ours was a scanned actual ballot

It also gave the option to vote straight Dem or Straight GOP. So for pubbies believing the slander, they still have the opportunity to vote GOP to offset their brainwashing and have a good conscience.

My conscience voted for Moore. I know people who know him personally and believe he is a man of integrity. And I know many in the GOP do not speak for me, or him.

Sounds like judicial corruption. Must be investigated.

yes, but sorozNazi has financed many attorneys generals and other elections officials to take offices all around USA

as backups to ‘certify’ elections even if he gets caught stealing them, it seems

check in today’s election who counts the votes and who certifies the count, just to be sure, thanks
