It's the knowing smirk that rankles most.
When Donald Trump flashes his grating, self-satisfied grin, he's signalling to you and me that he's untouchable, beyond the reach of special counsel, Robert Mueller, and the comical remnants of the "rule of law". It's his easy, quick way of quashing the frayed spirits and hopes of those of us aching for his belated comeuppance and eviction from the White House.
But Trump knows he's not going anywhere, anytime soon. So, he basks in his immunity and smiles. It's his tiny middle finger to anyone who believes that Mueller, the FBI or Congress will save the US.

Modern day Liberals have been demonizing Conservatives for 50 years. And during all that time, they’ve never had to deal with a prominent GOP politician, let alone a GOP POTUS, who actually fought back against his detractors.
It’s always been the Rush Limbaughs, Ralph Reeds, and Wayne LaPierres of the world who had to stand up for Conservative principles, while the GOPe sheepishly accepted their support and their donations, while keeping them at arms length, and begging Liberals to believe they’re not the evil boogeymen they’re accused of being.
Trump has awoken a sleeping giant. Conservatives will go to war for him, because, FINALLY, a powerful politician has their backs.
The idiot who wrote this article has no clue how the worm has turned. Liberals are used to turning their fake outrage up to 11. They’re not mentally prepared for the real outrage they’ll be dealing with between now and when Trump finishes out his 2nd term.
