Starting to think he WAS a FISA judge for the warrant, and Jordan scared him $hitless today.

“Judge Emmet Sullivan, an appointee of former President Bill Clinton, was randomly selected to take his place in the case. “
My bet is that it is “random,” but the only choices are RAT (White, Black, Asian or Hispanic). Appointed by Carter, Clinton or Obola!

Yeah, the FISA application is the missing piece of this puzzle. And it’s already causing turmoil before it has been revealed.

No concern. Just trying to figure out why. CT has come up with this:
Judge Rudolph Contreras is one of a very small group of FISA Court Judges.
My instincts tell me that Judge Contreras was most likely the judge who signed off on the FISA warrant that led to the surveillance of Donald Trumps campaign officials, that included National Security Advisor General Michael Flynn.
Those FBI FISA warrants are now coming under scrutiny.
It would be EXPLOSIVE if it turned out that the FISA warrants were gained by deception, misleading information, manipulated information, or fraud
. and that warrant led to the wiretapping and surveillance of General Michael Flynn was authorized by Contreras
. who would now be the judge in Flynns case.
Yes, the conflict of interest would be beyond stunning.

“This judge is a member of the FISA court and likely issued a FISA warrant to electronically monitor the Trump campaign.”
Maybe the judge now realizes that the FBI used the fake dossier to get the FISA warrant to monitor the Trump campaign.

FISA is the key to putting Zero behind bars, eventually, through his minions flipping as THEY face jail time for their unmaskings.

That is a big deal - Comey first went to FISA to get the wiretaps and it was denied - then this Deputy Attorney General Orh who was demoted today met with Fusion GPS and, it's always been considered, they paid $50K to finish the bogus "dossier" which they took back and got FISA.
Sullivan has actually been pretty good - I recall good experience with the FOIA's during the Clinton era and he was originally a Reagan appointee to the liberal DC Court. I believe Clinton later appointed to higher Court when Republicans took over the Senate and Clinton had to moderate his selections.
The other Judge is certainly legally + ethically obligated to now submit all of this for Mueller and his prosecutors to be permanently disbarred. If Mueller has not pulled a master sting here, and Fridays are when he's dropped, then his reputation, career and life are ruined.
The charges against Flynn are tainted beyond reproach; but this is/was a plea and contains Flynn's immunity + NDA - but, in any event, the Judge needs to hand off so another judge can confirm + dismiss the case (in which case I'd guess the charges would fall but ideally the immunity aspects of the plea would stand).
Best of all ... Contreras knows, somebody has all his calls + e-mails & text messages, too!
Popcorn industry explodes! ;)

Y’all know, Samantha Power, out of the 260 unmasking requests issued in her name, only personally signed for a dozen or so; she is the REAL key to putting the top RATS of zero’s admin - including Zero - behind bars. She’s the one who should be sleeping with Trump every night to keep her safe.
Jim Jordan may have stampeded the worst of the swamp to leave the country today.

I notice that Contreras joined the FISA court in May 2016 a few months before the FBI opened the investigation against the Trump campaign in July 2016. I wonder if Obama appointed him for just that purpose.

"Judge Emmett Sullivan" Careful, fellows, be advised that even though Judge Sullivan was appointed by Clinton, he is not a partisan hack. He's agreed with nearly all of Judicial Watch's filings about Hillary Clinton's email server. Do your homework before judging.

Started a thread on that topic. I think its damn likely what you described happened.
Hannity, Rush, Jim Holt, Tuckers staff. They all read here. Youll see it discussed by tomorrow. Stay tuned!
I looked up the FISA judges thinking it might have been a spouse of friend.
Its the same guy! Amazing.

Do your homework before judging. Appreciate the info on Judge Sullivan, but you really can't fault Freepers for having a knee jerk reaction to a Clinton appointee.

Samantha Power...Shes the one who should be sleeping with Trump every night to keep her safe. Melania might have a thing or two to say about that.

DING! DING! DING! Great find - It's the pattern! And certainly getting a judge involved is no different than anything else they've done (Sally Yates and Valerie Jerret would be involved). SPREAD FAR & WIDE!

and recusal relieves him of these obligations ?
