Being from Minneapolis, I cant see Dayton replacing a
Jewish seat with a muslime.

Ellison would be a foolish choice for Dayton to appoint because he wouldnt be able to hold on to the seat. Ellison gets elected because his district had a large muzzie population. He couldnt win statewide.
