I would Love to see the statistics on green card holder’s tax refunds in excess of paid in taxes.
It would appear that with 3 children and a w2 of $10,000, the refundable credits would be over $8,000 from the US Treasury.

The decades-old Earned Income Credit refund scam has sent hundreds of millions of dollars to Mexico, because there is NO check on whether the funds are really being sent to children, step-children, and nieces and nephews there. Uncle Sap spends billions of American taxpayers’ money for the care,feeding and breeding of illegal aliens.
We want the names of those Senators who are fighting for this theft from American paychecks for the benefits of illegals.

That needs to come out in the conference committee. Use the money saved by not giving criminals a tax credit to send them all home before next Christmas. The rule of law is the foundation of a free society - which is why the Left works so hard to subvert the law.
And they added an AMT for businesses effectively raising taxes. What a GOP! Let’s hear it!

How do illegal immigrants get refunds? Send an ICE agent with the check, hand it to them and cuff them on the spot.

No No No.... this is TREASON from my perspective.
Not one single dollar to illegals in any way, shape or form, as far as green card holders; when and if they choose to follow through and become citizens they can enjoy all the tax benefits of a full citizen, that is if you can call anything a tax benefit that lets citizens keep more of their own money. I don’t really see great strides in this plan only that is better than what we have now but it is far from great IMO, the plan as Trump originally laid out would be great and the greatest if accompanied by the eradication of the IRS.
I always knew the republicans would do their best to screw this up, we will see more of this crap going forward.
