Music superstar Beyoncé presented NFL quarterback Colin Kaepernick with the Muhammed Ali Legacy Award on Tuesday.

Photos posted on Twitter show Beyoncé making the surprise appearance to present Kaepernick with the award.

Sports Illustrated announced Kaepernick as the recipient of the award last week.

The award is given each year to someone who "embodies the ideals of sportsmanship, leadership and philanthropy and has used sports as a platform for changing the world," the magazine said.

Sports Illustrated said Kaepernick is receiving the honor due to his "steadfastness in the fight for social justice, for his adherence to his beliefs no matter the cost."

When asked for his opinion, Muhammed Ali could only shake his head. (yeah, I know)

Might as well had handed Colin a napkin full of chewed up purple bubblegum. “You deserve THIS, My Brother!!”

How fitting... a talentless, worthless individual giving a filthy coward a trophy named after another filthy coward.

In the prime of his career Ali chose to walk away from the spotlight that accompanies being the greatest boxer of his generation.

Marginally-talented Kapernick walked away from a league in which his skills aren’t wanted. What a sacrifice!

Wow, he is being being patronized.
How embarrassing for him.
Oh wait, he does not know it.
Congrats Kaperdink!

Muhammad Ali refused to be inducted into the military. He was stripped of his license to fight and his belts. This was rightly so, but this was one of the first instances of PC justice coming to the fore. This member of the R.O.P. and serial bigamist, should have been buried in the memory hole of history. I for the life of me don’t understand why he didn’t spend 25 years in Leavenworth. Then again, Carter pardoning those who fled the draft to other countries should be the clue that things were not right in the Good Ol’ USA.

his adherence to his beliefs no matter the cost.

He walked away from his contract, and in my only somewhat informed opinion LOL, thought he'd be sought after. Instead he found out he laid a stinkbomb on himself. He gambled and lost; he had no courage. He fully expected to profit from his actions.

Did Kaepernick kneel in front of Michael Sam? Now that would make a liberal’s dream.

“He fully expected to profit from his actions. “

He IS profiting from his actions-———just not by the NFL-———the Dems will virtually crown him-——and take care of him.
