Fox News personality and radio host Sean Hannity told former White House strategist and Breitbart executive Steve Bannon that he thought that both of them “may end up in jail” for defending President Trump against a supposed “deep state” impeachment efforts.
Last night Bannon hosted a special edition of “Breitbart News Tonight.” Hannity joined Bannon and Fox News political analyst Pat Goodell. It wasn’t long before the panel began to speculate about a secret plan orchestrated by “deep state” officials to remove Trump from the White House.
“I think they’re coming after Trump because they understand they have to destroy Trump, because to destroy Trump is not to destroy Trump, it’s to destroy this movement. They want to take that voice away from the forgotten man,” Bannon said.
Hannity added, “This is not about General Flynn. This isn’t about Paul Manafort. They’re just pawns.”
“Amen,” Bannon said.
“The ultimate goal—Andy McCarthy had a great piece. This is about the impeachment of the president. This is not about Trump-Russia collusion,” Hannity said.
Goodell brought up the idea that the government is carrying out a “slow-motion, steady effort to basically have a coup d’etat.” He said that he believes America is experiencing a “post-constitutional society” and that secret government forces are “willing to destroy this country to keep control.”
Hannity then speculated that “people like us” who have supported Trump and attempted to discredit the Russia probe will eventually end up in jail.
“By the way, people like us may end up in jail. Let me tell you. They will stop at nothing. This is what I’m trying to get across to people. This is serious. This is the rule of law in this country now,” Hannity said.
“Amen, Amen,” Bannon said.
disagree...this is much more serious than you give credit in my opinion. IF anyone should have been moved on at this point it is hitlery, comey, nobama, and most of her underlings at stat and the last two sec of doj’s. Yet none of these have been rightly investigated with much more lying, many more issues of illegal activities, and other gray areas, yet no action there and all this action here, so yes they are right they are out to get rid fo TRUMP pure and simple...no doubt about it!
In jail? No! These people are too dangerous—they will have “accidents” or “Heart Attacks” or take there own lives. They will be victims of “robbery gone wrong”. These people—and that includes all on the Free Republic—may well pay with their lives for standing up for Liberty. But, most of us understand the enemy and do not mind the risk. They will (and I believe have) killed to secure power.
it may take two terms just to root out all of the Clinton/ Obama leftovers.

That's easy. The fundamental difference is our Constitution. While we do have corrupt and fatally flawed morons like Hillary, Obama, Comey et al that were and are in the highest levels of our government, it has always been the rock solid foundation of our Constitution that has saved our nation.

The only reason FR, talk radio, conservative websites/social media, Project Veritas, Jihad Watch, Legal Insurrection, etc. are still alive is because Hillary is not President.
Our freedom is not supposed to depend on who is President.
President Trump is, at best, an eight-year respite. We need fundamental reform of our institutions.

Politics isn’t the only game in town. Just a really crummy one. Living conservatively is a better plan. Raising righteous children is another, better plan. Simply being free is a good plan.
And of course the Lord showed us the best plan of all.
I say it’s not Mueller as much as it is Hillary.

He MUST find a Russian connection to Trump. Even if its only that Trump ate wild salmon that once swam in Russian waters (smirk).
Hillary’s obsessions are being visited on Mueller.
And Mueller will do anything to appease loser Hillary.
None of which can be practiced outside a particularly narrow political environment.
How exactly are you defining “politics,” anyway? Is it not the actions taken by those pursuing the advancement of a particular set of POLICIES?
