The Army is buying hollow points with this pistol.
It was my understanding that hollow points were banned by some article of the Geneva Convention on War.
Am I wrong.....

It is for use against the government's non foreign enemies(if you get my drift....)

The U.S. ratified the first three articles of the 1899 Hague Convention but never signed Article IV. Additionally, Article IV, Section 3 states that the prohibition on the use of hollow points applies only in a conflict between two signatories. Even if the U.S.A. had signed Article IV, the provisions wouldnt apply to the United States unless fighting another signatory state.

The Hague conventions outlawed dum-dum bullets. We are not a signatory to The Hague conventions.
